Taproom Manager

We are looking for the perfect beer enthusiast to manage the front of the house to ensure every customer has a great beer experience. The position is full-time and requires evenings and weekends. Applicant must have bar experience. Cicerone certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Opening/closing duties of the taproom (cash drawers, restocking, cleaning, etc.)

• Managing the schedule and staffing of the taproom

• Ensuring good beer quality

  • Beer temperature

  • Proper flavor

  • Cleanliness of taps and taproom

  • Clean glassware

• Training bar staff
